Accepting Bids for Surplus Items
Newport Independent Schools is accepting sealed bids for the surplus items listed below.
(8) Fabric Table Skirts
Interested parties should submit a sealed bid to the front desk of the board offices at

30 W. 8th Street
Newport, KY 41071
between the hours of 8 AM and 3 PM, Monday-Friday. Please include the item description and the bid value, along with your name and contact information.
Sealed bids must be submitted by 9 AM, Friday, May 1, 2026. The sealed bids will be opened and evaluated at that time. Winning bidders will be notified the following day, and will have 7 days to submit payment and pick up their items.
As noted in Board Policy, the Newport Independent Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
