Health Requirements for Students

We are excited about the coming school year. Please remember that Kentucky law requires:

  • All students need to have an up-to date-physical exam and KY immunization certificate on file at school.
  • The law requires all students entering 6th grade to have an updated physical and immunization certificate on file at school.
  • In addition, the law requires pre-school and kindergarten students to have a vision exam on file no later than January 1st of the school year. Kindergarteners must also have a dental exam on file by January 1st of the school year.
