The ACES building is available to all district employees for Professional Development meetings. The rooms may be booked free of charge; however, if drinks or snacks are needed there is a small fee per person. There is a rental charge (per room) for out of district events.
We have three finished meeting rooms available. The two smaller rooms, Break Out A and Break Out B can accomodate up to 27 people and are equipped with an overhead projector, speakers, and a desktop computer. The bigger room, referred to as the Main Room, is equipped with an overhead projector, drop-down projection screen, a mobile interactive board, audio/visual room and can accomodate up to 100 people. A laptop computer is available upon request.
All requests must be made two weeks in advance, at which time the required booking request form will be e-mailed to you for completion. Please call Kathi Baldwin to reserve your next meeting!
